Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after the order is placed. Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Juyeh Lux Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will apply to send the package to the correct address.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS. However, all shipments include USPS insurance, so if your package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS.
